Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods

Most coffee orders and select mug shipments are fulfilled via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Apparel, gear, and certain accessory items are fulfilled and shipped by our printing and fulfillment service provider using their contracted shipping partners. Because we do not directly control those carriers or their delivery timelines, shipping speeds for those items may vary.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the items purchased. Coffee and print-on-demand items are fulfilled at separate facilities and may have different delivery times.

Tracking Information

Once items ship, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address on file. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout. Tracking availability may vary for items fulfilled through our third-party provider.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or other factors outside our control. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with that carrier.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at co@oldsaltcoffee.com. For lost packages, we will assist in filing inquiries with the carrier; however, replacement or refund eligibility may depend on the carrier’s investigation.
